Five Star Grout is the industry’s leading cement-based, nonmetallic, nonshrink grout for supporting
machinery requiring precision alignment. It is formulated with an advanced technology that combines
high performance with the greatest reliability. When tested in accordance with ASTM C 827, Five Star
Grout shows positive expansion. Five Star Grout meets the performance requirements of ASTM C
1107-02 and CRD-C 621-93 specifications for nonshrink grout for grades A, B, and C over a wide
temperature range, 40°F - 90°F (4°C - 32°C), and a long working time, 45 minutes.

LAMBCO® FAST PATCH

1 component, fast-setting, noncorrosive, cementitious patching compound made with special aggregates, high-strength cements, accelerators and acrylic powder latex bonding agent.  Initial set time is 5 minutes with a final set time of 10 minutes.
Packaging:	Available only in  50 lb. (22.5 kg) bags or pails
Coverage:	50 lbs (22.5 kgs) will yield .45 cu. ft. (0.012 m3) or cover 25 sq. ft. at 1/4 in. (2.3 m2 at 6 mm) thick.

 

LAMBCO® VINYL PATCH

1 component, self-bonding, nonshrink, cement-based patching material applied in thicknesses from feather-edge to 4 inches (100 mm).  Suitable for interior or exterior applications.  Initial set time is 10-15 minutes with a  final set in 35-40 minutes.  Capable of supporting foot traffic in 4 hours.
Packaging:	50 lb. (22.5 kg) bags or pails
Coverage:	50 lbs. (22.5 kg) will yield 0.45 cu. ft. (0.012 m3) or cover 25 sq. ft. at 1/4 in. (2.3 m2 at 6 mm) thick.

 

RENEW COAT

.	A high quality, pre-packaged, thin cementious repair and resurfacing material requiring only water to mix. Designed for interior and exterior use, the special additives give a fast set: open to foot traffic in 2 to 3 hours and vehicle traffic in 24 to 36 hours.  Creates a “like new” appearance. Hydro-Flex Waterstop is a preformed adhesive hydrophilic waterstop designed to swell in the presence of
water providing a watertight seal in cold joints on concrete structures. This highly advanced product is made
up of butyl rubber, polypropylene elastomers, hydrophilic fillers and placticizers providing a more uniform
and controlled volumetric expansion upon contact with water. Hydro-Flex Waterstop is a self-adhesive and
bonds to a wide variety of substrates. Its ability to swell, allows it to penetrate into poorly consolidated
concrete surfaces.

ADEKA ULTRA SEAL P-201 is a water-swelling, single component, elastic waterstop that has a putty-like
consistency. P-201 cures when in the presence of moisture. Curing time is dependent upon temperature,
humidity and bead size. Curing time will vary from 24 hours to several days depending on above conditions.
Once cured, it shows the same performance as the pre-formed Adeka Ultra Seal products, that is, it exhibits
a "DOUBLE LOCKING" function by its expansion and its own elasticity. (Updated November 2006)

QC CemTint

Create expanses of rich, dramatic color with this penetrating, water-based tinting compound. QC CEMTINT
is effective for carrying pigment into gray or colored concrete surfaces that do not have resists, such as cures
or sealers. The finished color can appear similar to the translucent character of chemically stained surfaces.

PRIME-FLEX 900 LVSF
  -  Polyurethane Injection Resins
Prime-Flex 900LVSF is a solvent free, hydrophilic, liquid polyurethane injection resin designed to seal leaks
in concrete and masonry structures. When it contacts water, Prime-Flex 900LVSF expands up to 700% and
forms a tough, flexible foam seal that cannot be penetrated by water. Prime-Flex 900LVSF is U.L. certified
to conform to ANSI / NSF Standard 61 Drinking Water Systems Components - Health Effects.

SPEED BOND #1   -  Dowel Bar Anchoring
Speed Bond #1 is our best selling gel adhesive. Unlike many competitive products that contain harsh abrasive
fillers, Speed Bond #1 is formulated to flow smoothly through mechanical pumps. Speed Bond #1 has a good
working time and excellent strength characteristics. This product conforms to ASTM C-881, Types I and II,
Grade 3, Class A & B.

PRIME BOND 3900 - High Bond lpl

Epoxy Bonding Agents
Prime Bond 3900 High Mod LPL is a slow setting, general purpose epoxy binder/bonding agent. It is ideal
for use in hot weather or in high temperature areas to increase working time. This product conforms to ASTM
C-881, Type I, II, IV and V, Grade 1, Class B & C.

.  Water Stop
Quik-drying (5 min.) hydraulic cement that is formulated to stop permanently water seepage through
craks and holes in concrte structures.  This permanent repair will not crumble or disintegrate with time. 
Used to anchor and seal tubes, rods, pipes in concrete.

. Bull-Bond Bonding Agent

Extra strong plastering adhesive that has been recognized and recommended for its unbeatable quality
and strength by engineers and contractors alike for more than 30 years.  Superior adhesion for plaster
and cement mixtures.  Complies with standards Mil-B-19235A, ASTM C-631 and ASTM C-932.  For interior
and exterior surfaces.  No ponding water permitted on the concrete substrate.

Tyfo Fibrwrap Structural Strengthtening System
The Tyfo® Fibrwrap® Advanced Composites System - a bonding composite used for masonry restoration,
concrete, wood and steel plate structural strengthening and repair - can be used to increase the strength
of existing beams, slabs, walls and columns.
Examples of Tyfo® Fibrwrap® Advanced Composites in Structural Strengthening:

Structures under renovation for a change of use, reinforcements to handle additional loads. This includes
adding additional HVAC equipment, computer servers, high-capacity filing systems, heavy machinery,
topping slab materials, removal of bays and the creation of new openings and penetrations in a structural
element.

Buildings that no longer meet code requirements must be upgraded before they can be occupied. Buildings
transitioning between commercial and residential use typically require structural reinforcement to meet new
